Strike Out Cancer Now!
Strike Out Cancer Now, a program created by Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), aims to raise awareness of the many people it takes to win the fight against cancer. This fight is being waged every day by patients, their caregivers and family members, as well as each patient’s team of healthcare professionals. CTCA is stepping up to the plate to help empower others in their fight against cancer.
Arizonans and Major League players will join in the Strike Out Cancer Now fight at the following spring training games:

Spectators at the games will be given “K” cards on which they can write the names of people in their lives who have been touched by cancer. After the game, players and spectators will share a walk around the bases, and at home plate will have the opportunity to announce the name of the person in their lives who has battled cancer.
