Ingredients

TOSS LIGHTLY:
1 cup Pecan halves
2 cups Dried cranberries
22 oz. Canned mandarin oranges
2 cups Thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup Thinly sliced green onions

FOR DRESSING:
1/4 cup Canola oil
1/4 cup Sesame oil
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Hot pepper sauce

24 cups Spring mix

Directions

Allow 2 cups of spring mix per serving, top with garnish, drizzle with dressing.
