Oatmeal-Almond Pie Crust

Ingredients

1 1/2 c oatmeal
3/4 c almond
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/3-1/2 c water

Directions

Finely grind 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal, 3/4 cup almond, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.  Add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water to make a soft dough.  Mix lightly and roll out 2 crusts and put in pie pans. 

To prebake this crust recipe, bake pie crusts at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes watching carefully.  The crust should be lightly golden brown.  Let cool before adding a cooled filling.
