Fruit and Nutty Oatmeal

Ingredients

2 c. apple juice or cider
1 Tbls raisins
1 Tbls cranberries, dried
1 Tbls apples, dried and chopped
1 c. oatmeal (quick)
2 Tbls wheat germ
4 strawberries
1 banana
1 Tbls nuts, chopped (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
1 dash cinnamon

Directions

Bring apple juice to a boil and add dried fruits and berries.
Add oatmeal and wheat germ. Stir to evenly distribute. Lower heat to simmer and continue to stir one minute.
Evenly distribute in two bowls.
Cover with sliced strawberries and banana. Sprinkle nuts over each, add a dash of cinnamon and serve hot.
