Tuscany Chicken

Ingredients

12 oz cooked and drained bowtie pasta
2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil
4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 c sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/4 c parsley
1/2 c chicken broth

Directions

In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add chicken cubes, turning to brown evenly; cook until well done.
Add garlic, red pepper and sun-dried tomatoes to skillet.
Stir mixture for 2 minutes. Add drained pasta, parsley and chicken broth; toss to combine. Serve hot.
