Spring Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 c plain, organic, nonfat yogurt
2 Tbls honey
1/4 vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 pint fresh raspberries
1/2 pint blackberries

 

Directions

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vanilla and spices.
Mix well. Place mixture in 4 individual custard cups.
Top with berries. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
