The holidays are a wonderful time of year to enjoy time with friends and family. But, along with the joys of the season can come many demands including 
finding “the perfect gifts” for your loved ones. Holiday shopping can be a major cause of stress and anxiety which may compromise your immune system and your body’s ability to heal.
If you are feeling under pressure or haven’t started your holiday shopping, read our tips to simplify your gift giving. But remember – your presence and good cheer is the greatest gift.

We want to introduce the new members of our Patient Advisory Council (PAC), a group of 12 patients and their caregivers that meet on a quarterly basis to provide a patient’s point-of-view on upcoming initiatives at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA).
