The Cancer Fighter program is not for just anyone. We are a group of people who are dedicated to fighting cancer and helping others hear about Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
After you have filled out this registration form, it will be submitted to a Cancer Fighter Coordinator who will review your information. After we have verified you as a Cancer Fighter, you will be accepted into the Cancer Fighter website.
