Tip of Week
When speaking to patients, always ensure that you are focusing on sharing your experience. This allows you to provide insight into what it may be like, if they choose to come to CTCA.
When sharing your experience, try to think about how you would answer questions, such as:
How did you feel when you first walked into the entrance at our hospital? Was it a warm and inviting atmosphere? Did someone help and greet you?
What was it like to travel to Cancer Treatment Centers of America? How was your experience with transportation? Was it convenient to work with the travel department to coordinate all of your travel plans?
Did you feel like an active partner in your cancer treatment? Did the doctors spend time with you to make sure you understood your treatment?
